Once you have completed your OTMM Assessment, you are now ready to level up from your current level. You can use the guide below to move step by step to the next levels of leveraging technology.

These are only recommendations and you can explore all tools available in our handbook and build your next level.

Level 1:

  • Move from Paper based to Approvals on Email and document the same on Excel Sheets for consolidation and reconciliation

  • Basic Tally or GNUKhata for accounting and bookkeeping

  • Staff to take Backup of their work folder on a daily basis using a USB/Pen Drive.

  • Create Digital Scanned Version of all Passbook and other important Documents using CamScanner​

Level 2:

Level 3:

  • Explore Open HRMS , OrangeHRM for additional features like Recruitment, Employee Onboarding and Training, Asset Management

  • ​Happay for easy advance and reconciliation for Staff using a dedicated Advance Top up card.

  • Move your Website, MIS, Backup hosting to Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform​

  • All Staff enable Live back up of work folders using Google Drive/Stream​

  • ​Safe and Secure Browsing and Communications for team members - Telegram, Signal, ProtonMail, Email Encryption, ToR Browsers, Firefox Browser

Level 4:

  • Additional features like Performance Management can be enabled on OpenHRMS at this level.

  • Enable Cloudflare SSL protection for your Site.

  • Activate Protection from DDoS Attacks with Project Shield by Google or Cloudflare Galileo​

  • Install Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 on your Routers for faster Internet

  • Use Alfresco with AWS for Document Management and Back up

  • If you have too many devices to manage - Try SnipeIT asset management

  • ​Slack for Team Collaboration and working together

  • Upgrade to Tally Enterprise Version if you have many field offices and additional Accountants.

  • Teams use Google Docs, Drive, Sheets, Calendars for Team work and document sharing and management.
